How Charity Bounce helps
We focus on mindset and growth and help our older players and coaches with career guidance, job skills, and finding work.
1
Support
Many at-risk young people feel marginalised from mainstream society, due to language difficulties, cultural differences, and the history of rapid change and dispossession for youth in these communities.
With a focus on indigenous and culturally diverse communities, we strive to instill the belief that every challenge they face is an opportunity for growth.
2
Clubs
Our basketball clubs create a safe and supportive environment for at-risk youth to discover their true potential, develop essential life skills, and cultivate a sense of belonging and teamwork.
By emphasising resilience and character-building, we empower these young individuals to overcome adversities they may face, both on and off the court.
3
Hubs
We then work closely with our coaches and young people to provide them with training and employment opportunities and the necessary tools, resources, and guidance to secure meaningful employment.
We aim to equip at-risk youth with valuable job skills, job readiness training, and connect them with local employers who value their potential.
